Research Confirms That Housekeeping Really Is a Pain

Think keeping the house clean is only painful in theory? A recent study sponsored by Clorox says that it’s a literal cause of pain as well.

Noting that back pain, tendonitis and other musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are all potential side effects of wielding a mop, broom or vacuum around the house, the Clorox research found that other seemingly innocent activities like washing dishes, unloading a washing machine or scrubbing a bathtub could also trigger pain or injuries.
