Ergonomics is an important bottom-line opportunity for wise companies, especially in a down economy. The Eastern Ergonomics Conference and Exposition (EECE) promises to bring ergonomics professionals together “to focus on ergonomics as a critical business element.”

Scheduled for July 8 through 10 in New York City, the goal of the EECE is to provide relevant, easy-to-apply knowledge and skills to assist ergonomics and safety professionals with regard to productivity, product quality and profitability while helping reduce workplace injuries.

Information being presented will be tailored to the types of businesses commonly found in the eastern United States. Specific industries to be addressed include call centers, offices, pharmaceutical and health care, laboratory environments, logistics and distribution, assembly and manufacturing, transportation and construction, uncontrolled workplace environments and 24/7 operations.
