This 1 hour webinar will feature two experts sharing their experience in the development, management and day-to-day participation in award winning office ergonomics programs:

  • Keith Osborne, Ergonomics Specialist at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc.
  • Gene Kay, Sr. Ergonomist and President, ErgoAdvocate LLC, and former Global Ergonomics Manager for American Express

Keith Osborne will share his experiences in helping to start and grow a program that has become a Honeywell best practice, contributed to the Honeywell site's OSHA VPP Star status, and earned him a President's Award for HSE. Keith's input will help you:

  • Start or grow a program by demonstrating and building upon successes;
  • Gain management buy-in and support for ergonomics;
  • Understand the impact a champion can create when growing an ergonomics process; and
  • Understand the role of wellness oriented activities, and their relationship with an ergonomics process.

Gene will share his experiences with taking an established expert-driven program from one location and rolling it out as an effective self-help program for employees around the world. Gene will show how an on-line program can:

  • Improve access to ergonomics knowledge and services;
  • Reduce cost of service delivery and program management;
  • Reduce the costs and consequences of poor ergonomics; and
  • Improve retention of ergonomics advice, improve productivity, and improve employee moral, responsibility and engagement.
